FAQ

  • The KX68 is a mechanical keyboard featuring a unique skeleton chassis design, not a magnetic (Hall effect) keyboard. We engineered it specifically for users who crave a pure, satisfying typing feel and that signature smooth, "thocky" acoustic feedback that only high-quality mechanical switches can provide.

  • The keyboard offers seamless cross-platform compatibility. It works flawlessly with Windows, macOS, and iPads. Whether you are gaming on a PC, working on a Mac, or typing on a tablet, the KX68 adapts to your workflow effortlessly.

  • We feature versatile Tri-mode connectivity to fit any desktop setup perfectly:

    • USB-C Wired: For a zero-latency experience while charging.
    • 2.4G Hz Wireless: Included USB receiver provides a stable, low-latency connection ideal for gaming.
    • Bluetooth: Easily connect to laptops or tablets for a clean, cable-free aesthetic.

  • Our skeleton chassis perfectly amplifies the vibrant RGB. You can control it in two ways:

    • Quick Shortcuts (No software needed): While powered on, press FN + → to cycle through solid colors (Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, White, Purple, etc.). Press FN + Tab to switch between built-in lighting modes.
    • KX68 Software (Deep Customization): Connect via USB-C and download the KX68 Driver here. The software unlocks 18 million custom colors (input via exact Hex RGB values or color wheel) across 18 lighting effects, including two exclusive modes: Custom Pattern (draw pixel art like a Heart or Sword) and Music Rhythm Mode (the lighting dances and syncs to your computer's audio output).

  • Not at all! We engineered the KX68 to be both durable and easy to maintain:

    • Spill-Resistant Base: The bottom of the keyboard features a protective silicone pad and acrylic backplate that shield the internal PCB from minor desk spills or water seepage from below. While the open-top design means you should still avoid pouring liquids directly over the keys, the reinforced base gives you extra peace of mind for everyday accidents.
    • Effortless Dust Cleaning: While the open skeleton structure beautifully showcases the keyboard's aesthetics, we know dust buildup is a common concern. That's why every KX68 comes with a complimentary cleaning brush. When needed, you can easily sweep away dust in seconds to keep your setup looking pristine.

Just got the keyboard and it looks so good!! The transparent keycaps have this nice matte finish when you touch them, feels super premium. Lights are really bright too. Very satisfied.

First time buying a custom keyboard since my Cherry board of 4 years just retired. Definitely need to get used to it though, you have to press FN and the number keys to use the F row.

Very pretty, and the sound is super satisfying.

The keys actuate super light. I'm used to typing on heavier boards so it’s definitely gonna take a little time to get used to it.

The switches are excellent, you can tell they are high-end switches the second you press them. Typing and gaming are completely effortless. It's linear with no tactile bump, so just a light press is enough, and the sound isn't loud at all. The whole board is super compact, awesome experience. Good Keyboard

Didn't use the cable it came with, just used the black cable from my old keyboard and it works perfectly fine. The keyboard looks very premium.

Shipping was ridiculously slow. I know Memorial Day was in the middle of it, but still, it shouldn't be this delayed. It took almost half a month to arrive!!!

Leaving a review after using it for a few days: 1. Lighting is excellent, actually had to turn the brightness down on some modes because it's too bright. 2. Typing feel and sound are really smooth. 3. Overall build quality isn't quite up there with full aluminum or metal boards, but for this price I wouldn't expect it to be metal anyway.

The keystrokes sound so good, really crisp and marbly.

Was originally really looking forward to the lighting effects, but surprisingly I find the typing feel and sound even more appealing. The aesthetics and lighting design are truly one of a kind, no doubt about it.

The keyboard is decent, but the plain white cable it comes with is just a bit too basic.

Absolute win for desk setup enthusiasts. The design is really what drew me in. Compared to all the cookie-cutter peripherals out there, I much prefer a keyboard with some character. The key feedback is excellent, lighting effects are mind-blowing, and it's honestly not too expensive. Definitely recommend buying it.

They aren't just plain transparent keycaps, there's actually a bit of texture to them. Feels super comfortable to the touch. Typing is crisp and fluid, and the overall look is super cool

Love it. Completely satisfied with both the lighting colors and how it feels to type on.
