Delivery Policy

At Taprgb, we are dedicated to ensuring your custom keyboard arrives safely and in a timely manner.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
    Each keyboard is meticulously assembled, tested, and undergoes a final quality check before we prepare it for shipment.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, will enter the processing queue the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Transit Time

Total Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Transit Time. (For example, an order placed today typically takes a total of 6 to 10 business days to arrive at your door).

  • Transit Time: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeline is as follows:

    • All Destinations: 5–8 business days.

    *Actual delivery time depends on the destination country and local carrier efficiency.
  • Shipping Carriers:
    United States: Orders are delivered via USPS or UPS.
    International: Delivered by local partner couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, or Hermes depending on location).
    • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Tracking Information: After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please note that tracking information may take 1-2 business days to fully sync with the carrier's system.

3. Important Notes

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Shipping Address: Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Taprgb is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Customs & Import Duties (International Orders Only): For international orders, please note that any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or related fees are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
  • Delivery Delays: While we provide estimated timelines, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather events or local carrier delays. In the rare event of a significant delay, our support team will be happy to assist you in tracking your order.
